Appointly is an appointment scheduling app for small businesses. This policy explains what the app stores, why, and what your choices are. If anything here is unclear, write to asadulloh5236@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account information. The email address and password you use to sign in. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication and are never visible to us.
• Business information. Your business name and your working-hour settings.
• Client records you enter. For each client you add: a name, a phone number, an optional Telegram username, and any notes you type yourself.
• Appointments. The date, time, and status of the bookings you create.
• Subscription status. Whether an active Appointly Premium subscription exists for your account.

What we do not collect

Appointly does not collect health, medical, or fitness data. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

How the information is used

Solely to operate the app for you: to sign you in, to store and display your own client list and appointments across your devices, to schedule the local reminder notifications you enable, and to unlock Premium features when you subscribe.

Where the data is stored

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), operating as our data processor. Records are scoped to your account and are not readable by other users of the app. Google's handling of that data is described in the Firebase Privacy and Security documentation.

Information about other people

The client records you enter describe other people. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record their details and for telling them that you keep their contact information in a scheduling app. Please only record what you actually need to run your bookings.

Purchases

Appointly Premium is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never sent to us or seen by us. We only receive confirmation that a subscription is active.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete an individual client or appointment at any time from inside the app. Choosing Settings → Account → Delete Account permanently removes your account together with your clients and appointments. You may also email asadulloh5236@gmail.com to request deletion.

Children

Appointly is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
